Move your body.
I don’t mean do a big workout. No, I mean get up and move your body for a few minutes.
Put on some music that really makes you want to dance. Even if you hate to dance or are afraid someone will think you look stupid dancing is a great way to lift your energy. Do this in your bedroom if you don’t want to be seen.
The really great thing about this is that movement (of any kind) triggers your brain to release endorphins, or the feel good neurochemicals. You instantly feel better.
