Get Into Your Right Brain.

Your left brain is full of the chatter that increases your stress. Your right brain is your creative center. When you are tapped into your right brain your body relaxes and your mind chatter relaxes.

You can get into your right brain quite easily. Doodling, especially lazy 8’s (or the infinity sign) is a very simple way to access your right brain.

Cutting your food with your non-dominant hand or singing a song (even in your head) will help you get into your right brain.

Hanging out in nature is a good way to go from left brain to right brain as is taking a walk, especially with the intention of getting into your right brain.
