Take an Epsom Salt Bath.
Epsom salt, or magnesium sulfate, is absorbed through the skin. When you soak in it, it draws toxins from the body, calms the nervous system, reduces swelling, relaxes muscles, is a natural emollient, exfoliator, and much more.
It eases stress and improves sleep and concentration.
You can purchase Epsom salt at any drugstore or pharmacy.
You will want to soak for at least 15 minutes.
If you aren’t into baths you can always soak your feet for the same amount of time.
Don’t have the water too hot if you have any heart problem, high blood pressure, very low blood pressure or are prone to fainting. If you are prone to these, make sure you have someone around to help you in case you feel dizzy or faint.
Check with your healthcare provider before using if you have any health concerns.
