Turn your toes in.

Whether you are walking someplace or sitting having dinner or standing at a cocktail party, turn your toes in.

Energy flows in circles. When the circuitry is intact energy flows freely and reinforces itself making you stronger and healthier. When you turn your toes in you keep the circuitry strong. When you turn your toes out the energy drains out of you.

So even if you are stuck beside someone at dinner who you don’t really care for (it happens) you will feel stronger and more alive if you turn your toes in.

You just need to turn your toes in a bit. You aren’t trying to rearrange your ankles.
